Epidemiologists are available after hours by calling to receive disease reports requiring immediate attention. Use of that number should be restricted to the reporting of infectious diseases requiring immediate notification of the local health department by physicians, infection control, diagnostic laboratories, and reports of illness in three or more people who have eaten at the same restaurant, family gathering or party. If you are returning a call from the program please call back on the next business day or leave a message including your name and phone number.

NorthCare Crisis Intervention Services offers Mobile Crisis Response Teams that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide assistance for mental health and substance abuse crisis through telephone or face-to-face assessments. Services are designed to de-escalate the crisis situation and prevent possible inpatient hospitalization, detention and/or homelessness.

Children’s Crisis Center: Red Rock is available to assist children in need of crisis intervention and stabilization for trauma, emotional, behavioral or substance abuse issues. Services are provided in a secure residential setting for up to five days, if needed.
